Trees are a necessary evil. While wood is unquestionably vital, leaves shade the ground and make it possible for monsters to spawn. For that reason, I take every oppertunity to get rid of as many leaves as I can, especially along the beach. Light means safety.
Unfortunately tree chopping almost always results in tree falling - that is, my inept blocky self plummeting from great heights.
As the skywalk slowly creeps along parallel to the beach and I do my best to avoid falling, I spot another chest - this time mostly in the open.
The first attempted underground plundering doesn't come up exactly where I was aiming.
Try number two though, has much better success!
A bucket! The stew is nice, but the bucket is the real prize. Now I can make infinite water streams and expand the wheat farm as much as I want. No lava that I've seen so far, but based on past experiences that's probably for the best. I spend a few days puttering around, trying to decide on the next step of exploration. Crossing a few shelf pines above the skywalk, A huge tree emerges from the fog.
I had my next destination.
My primary world, home of the original Glass Island and Skyrail system.
My modded world, featuring the delightful
